      ... and could see the ocean from it. While the weather was mostly perfect, some days we spent more time in that room than outside just so we could enjoy the sun without leaving home.

      We had never been to St. Pete Beach, and loved it. We could walk to everything -- food stores, shops, cafes, restaurants, the beach, beach bars. One weekend, there was an arts and crafts fair just a couple of blocks away and it was great. High quality wares, nice music, beautiful weather ...

      Looking forward to
      meeting David and Ellen in Tarpon Springs Florida today. Guess they've
      had an awful wet ride. Bad enough that they stayed in a hotel at least
      one night. Ellen must have worked hard for that one. Lol
      Drove on an old
      highway for about 40 miles where one side of the road was lush green
      trees and shrubs. The other side was all brown with most everything
