... Wayne 'Swirled; it was goo-ood!

From there we headed the rest of the way to Conway, New Hampshire. I liked this state as well. Their motto "Live Free or Die Hard" kind of resonates with me as a motorcycle enthusiast. People were friendly and the roads were good. The weather was great today which helped keep our spirits up. The White Mountain National Forest area was awesome. All in all I'm pretty proud of ...

... one car at a time. This made for some nerve testing moments, especially since this is the only road up/down the mountain!
Imagine two cars passing with a fraction of an inch between their side mirrors and a steep drop down with no barrier at the edge of the road! But don't let that scare you!

Adding to the spectacle, adjacent to the falls was a large sheet of ice/snow clinging to the rocks, which looked like it could come tumbling down at any minute. Wishing we could stay longer, we had to turn around and head back down as it was getting late and there was a genuine fear that we ...

... started Sioux off going through the whole soundtrack of 'Gigi the Musical' so I get to hear Gigi all over again and again. Lucky me.

There's nothing at Jackson except a ski resort and a lot of ski lodges. There's more snow around here so we stopped along a small side road and exchanged snowballs. I had to stop throwing snowballs when Sioux hid beside my Chevy Equinox and I didn't want to risk damaging the SUV. I love my Chevys Equinox.

... been told they made great bread.

Finding a park was fun at the railway and at some of the viewing spots. Many people either have no idea about parking or are just inconsiderate. Large F 150's and similar trucks and huge 4x4's parked across the line so they take up 2 spaces, cars parked at odd angles where there are no lines so that fewer cars can get in, others parking in front of cars which clearly will need to drive out because there are cars behind them.
