    ... the trees, almost like they're wearing a coat. When the rain is still on the trees and the sun shines, they almost glow. The valley is different from other places we have traveled, like a rainforest, but cold. Huge trees and wildlife were everywhere.

    ... a stoping place for the night. We hoped to find a boondocking place on our way to Tillamook and it just got darker and darker. Nothing seemed quite right and so we headed inland a ways through pasture land and in the pitch black found a small pull off with a gate that was overgrown and not is use. Perfect.     ... from the beach, going inland along the Louis and Clark trail. On Friday we did a great bike ride along a trail that winds up the Warrenton peninsula that took us all along the Columbia River. 8 mile ride. Enjoyed a great lunch in a small park afterward.
