... in Galveston and Darren captured a dolphin.

So we head to San Antonio only to be caught in what we thought was rush hour traffic... turns out it was the traffic created by the parade for the San Antonio Spurs after winning the NBA. Brad said later he was caught up in the celebration when he arrived in San Antonio earlier in the week ...

On our way to Galveston we got caught in traffic so we opted for an adventure in the form of a detour. What a surprising view. After a swim and a game of mini golf we headed down the street to the state park. We set up, did some school work, went grocery shopping then drove ...

61 degrees this morning, but very foggy. We finally got to take a walk along the beach, in the fog. :)

After several blocks along the Seawall, we did a big square and walked thru the neighborhood. It's a mixture of some nicely restored houses, some okay houses, and a lot of pretty shabby houses. I guess a typical beach neighborhood. It was interesting because as we left the seawall area, the fog subsided, but ...
