This was the first cold game on the tour. The only other college games that were below 75 degrees were the Notre Dame and Wisconsin games, both at about 50 degrees. The temperature in Iowa dropped from just below 70 degrees on Thursday to 25 degrees when Paul and Jason left Aplington for Ames Friday morning. So, we bundled up and headed for the game.

Coming Home!
... finally came to a stop without our bags! We had gone over 30,000 miles, on 30 flights with no problems with our luggage until now! Finally an airport attendant found our bags for us. They had been flown in on an earlier flight. We were picked up by my brother Adam, and our friend Zack.
