    Gail knew of a camping spot in El Paso, nooo Nellie not Texas, it is in Illinois. It was behind the local Super 8 Motel. The spot had 30 amp electric only so we were able to watch a little TV and had lights to see by. Total cost for the night was $15.00. We had driven 9 hours and only went 205 miles.

    I sure hope accidents and cold are not a harbinger of things to come. All in all it was a good day. ...

    Platelet donation, originally scheduled for 8:30 a.m., switched to 6:30 a.m. in order to free up some more time during the day for prep. Blood pressure was good. 119 / 71.
