    ... Davidsons work, from Hotrods to Paintings, blows you away, but to meet the man while he was giving a personal tour was Incredible. Just another Money can't buy moment. Willie G, Grandson to one of the founders of Harley Davidson, Spending his valuable time to chat with me, An honour sir, Thank you.
    lol, I also obtained my first T shirt of the trip. How could I not!

    I think I may struggle to sleep tonight! Tomorrow is the start of Route 66......

    ... planning to pray for more than their own children, but it was neat to know that both families were supporting each other in this way, the same with the Risinger family. :)

    The bus ride to Chicago was a lot of last minute instructions and reminders. It did not seem like it was really a 2 hour drive.

    I was still unsure if I was super excited, completely neutral, or scared to death! Maybe a little of all three :)

    Platelet donation, originally scheduled for 8:30 a.m., switched to 6:30 a.m. in order to free up some more time during the day for prep. Blood pressure was good. 119 / 71.     ... leaner pork on the track. Apparently one of the must do things at the Wisconsin State Fair is try a cream puff which at $4 seemed pretty expensive and the line was very long. After queueing for a good 20 minutes, we were handed these incredibly large puffs which had a whole bag of whipped cream in it. Steffie and I shared one while Thomas tackled one on his own. Stupendous!
