A travel blog entry by adelipenguin on Sep 26, 2015

Leaving today but not flying until 5.20 got checked in. Will be 11.20 at home. Left hotel around 10.30. Called into Port Washngton for a couple of hours parked up. There was a market on. It was mainly veg and fruit. Very unusual looking pumpkins etc. No good buying anything now. But worth a look. We called at a cafe and had a sandwich and drink sitting outside. Left about 1.30 and set off for Chcago. Arrived at car rental n the airport ...

... 8217;t doing something right and we were okay with saving the 14 dollars for something else. Lugging close to 250 pounds of stuff we boarded the metro-rail and headed towards Hollywood.

Emerging from the subway tunnel we gratefully found ourselves less than a block away from our hostel. We arrived at the check in greeted, ironically enough, by ...

        ... old us.

We arrived at the Run's End at one of the Milwaukee's AL Posts. Mike was interviewd and appeared on US national TV - Brad and Joy were strategically stood behind him facing away so that their waistcoats were visible - Lots of Yanks came up to us later that evening and commented on it - BZ Us.

The reception was amazing - something akin to a homecoming parade apparantly. We eventually left there ...
