... Not in Tucson! Here, a 4B intersection will turn from Red to Green thus allowing through traffic to proceed while delaying all of those who are in the turn lanes. It is only after the Green turns Amber and then Red that the LTGA glows. This is insane! This is wrong! This causes the left turn lane to back up eventually impeding the flow of through traffic. The outcome is that vehicles in the left turn lane creep into the intersection hoping the through traffic ...

Today we walked up to the shopping center near by and explored Crate and Barrel and the other upscale stores.
