... down than walk down... as a matter of fact it was practically impossible to walk down. However, we all agreed that the view at the top was well worth the climb!

Our last trail of the day held a special surprise for me! We took the Easy Fossil Trail and on this trail we ran into a distant relative of mine! I got to chat with him a bit while he enjoyed some tender greens ... which were quite rare in this area.

What a crazy busy day! We spent our last day in Minneapolis at the Mall of America.This place is HUGE! There are over 520 stores, an amusement park and an aquarium - and that is just the start! Of course most of our day was spent in the amusement park area, the Nickelodeon Universe. That place has some crazy rides! I asked all three girls at the end of the day and ...

Another drive day but a stop in another state to get a sticker for our US map. Drove Interstate 90 along the southern part of MN and saw farm fields the whole way. Amish in the fields with their horses and plows reminds us of not giving into the modern day life. Our stop in Adrian is in a city park. It is all grass and big trees. Without anyone here it is lovely. The trees are home to the Common Grackle and they were diving and squawking ...

... yep, I did have fries with it!!!! And they sold beer and wine too! Along the way we allowed Greg to take an exit to a car and tractor museum which turned out to be quite a gem, with over 250 cars and dozens of cars, tractors, motorbikes, outboards and any other old stuff you could imagine! Needless to say we had to drag him out some time later, but it was typical of the museums we have seen everywhere we have been and I spent some time chatting to one of the caretakers ...
