... Nebraska City, I was in Iowa for a quick ten minutes and then travelled into Missouri. In Missouri, there were still tons of corn fields and I was cruising down highway 29 and I kept seeing these tiny propellor planes dipping in and out of the air. They were getting super close to the ground and then would go up and turn around and dip back down. Once I got closer I figured out they were spraying some sort of chemicals on the corn fields.... ... with the mini vans and semi's all doing 95 and it made for a hard, character building day. Naturally there is a lot of buffeting, but it is actually the wind pressing my helmet into the top of my head that I find the hardest. I lean forward on my gas tank, duck down and curse myself for not liking windshields!

We drove to the visitors center where they rented us a CD to play in the car, that directed us around the campus and provided us with information about each facility and allowed us to pause the CD periodically to visit some of the buildings.
