      ... in a fairly unnatural environment. We followed this up with a 165metre climb (via cable car this time) up the world's tallest inclined tower, again created for the 76 Olympics. The tower's claim to fame is that it was created on a 45 degree angle (the Leaning Tower of Pisa is on a 5 degree angle) and as with the rest of the main tourist spots here, earns its money by showcasing the incredible city views. Old Montreal - possibly not a highlight, but worth a mention. ...

First I went to Atwater market and bought a ton of fresh produce and nuts, and went to a little bulk shop and bought all of my spices, flour, sugar, baking power and baking soda for about $12...
