    ... etc with a running commentary. The beds had a rolling pin built into the head to be used to flatten out the lumps in the corn-stuffed mattresses. The 1860's dark wood furniture was stained with ox blood and sealed with butter milk which gives it a sheen and takes away the blood smell. Very interesting place.     ... getting acclimated to the altitude and temperature. It was 12 degrees last night. I work liners under my jeans but they didn't. I was comfy but the boys were freezing. We had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle so we found a warm fire outside where we could wait. It was a full day and everyone headed to bed as soon as we got back to the condo. I fell asleep in less than two minutes. Great ski conditions.. Can't wait to get out there!

    ... was nice.

    We then went to the cowboy shop! The shop was great, we looked at the cowboy boots! They were amazing!!!! It was super fun!
    We had finished shopping and now were off home to have a rest, get ready for the Christmas parties and have some lunch.
    We walked into the warmest house ever as they have a fireplace that is on 24/7!!! For lunch we had mini corn dogs, mini tacos, mini pizza bites, left over pizza and chicken enchiladas ...

    ... I found Raw Bean Coffeehouse and stopped to write for a while. The baristas Alyssa & Unknown were trying to decide between playing Thievery Corporation and Bonobo (WHY DO YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE?). Thievery Corp. won out and fueled a caffeinated writing fiesta.
