... in the Science! Flash frozen with super cooled liquid nitrogen! This makes the ice crystals much, much tinier than regular ice cream. The result is super smooth ice cream with a texture like velvet. Its out of this world!

... nervous; thankfully I passed...PHEW!!! Anyone back in the UK reading - it was so much faster and easier out here than what we are used to. After passing my written (50 multiple choice questions), I drove around with a lady for about 15 minutes. I'm pretty familiar with the main roads around here but she took me on a few ones I hadn't been on yet. She was real chatty and asked all about what our driving test is like etc...
