Weirdest event: Pulling into a motel in Brookings, Oregon and just as we were dismounting our motorcycles, having two women yell across the parking lot that they would meet us at the 101-Bar.

Best "stuff": We were told by the Best Western's clerk in Harbor that ...

... area. I found it very moving.

While travelling through the most beautiful San Isabel National Forest, we came upon an interesting sight. It was a castle type structure with lots of wrought iron work. The builder was obviously an individualist who thought the government had overeached its authority. Sadly, he now seems to be old and sick. Quite a number of visitors were there.

We arrived in Colorado Springs and found a nice RV park in Old Colorado City.

Well, we couldn't even get our satellite to connect even though there was no interference from trees. ... to learn it came with not only a maintenance man to escort us to our site in his golf cart, but that the other maintenance man came to help sight in our cable link! After a dinner of fish n chips of Sri (think Sri Lankan, like cod) and locale brewed beers, we crawled back to our berth to catch the 4th game of the Thunder vs. Memphis.

        Yeah, Yeah....pity about the Thunder!

        Enough for one day!

Today is the last day here. I will soon go to Wallmart and make some shopping. The prices in states are very good. Many products you consider expensive in EU can you get cheaper here.
As two exemples Lewis jeans costs around 40 $, Fine shirts are around 60 or 80 % cheaper here than in EU. Whatever you buy is a good idea to buy here.
