We boarded the plane, I waved goodbye to my friends - the grumpy Brit who had begun to roll his eyes every time the extremely talkative American (more talkative than me. Atlanta was such a great time. I went for PSO after joining the AmeriCorps VISTA. I was to go through an extensive 4 day training and head to my site the day after. We can't wait for more backroads driving :-) We are now in Atlanta. Of course our hotel in downtown with one-way street, partiers everywhere. Horse and ...

The match was close until the seventh innings when a four run innings tipped the match in the Red Sox flavour. The highlight of the night was the Fan Chop which happened every time the Braves did something good and it is worth a look on YouTube to get a good idea of what the. Fans ...

... this time than on previous occasions!

Completely by accident (whilst researching manta rays online) I had discovered that Atlanta is home to the largest aquarium in the world, and one of few collections in the world that has successfully housed giant manta rays and whale sharks, and so this is where we spent the day on Thursday. As well as the usual reef exhibits, the aquarium has an "Ocean Voyager" room, where you can just sit and watch the mantas and whale sharks glide ...
