I traveled to Ningbo on Monday evening after the English Subject Panel had finished.

I met Will at breakfast in the Citic Hotel on Tuesday morning and we went out to Ningbo Foreign Language School, which is one of my centres. The school is built in an amazing location in the south-east of Ningbo, surrounded by mountains and with a beautiful lake on site.

I am trying to take it day by day here, and I keep telling myself that this is my fake life. My real life is waiting for me on the other side of the globe. ...

... but that was a big fail. I saw a man wearing a shirt that said NEW YORK so I figured maybe he spoke English. Luckily he did, but he had no idea where I needed to go. He asked a bunch of people and nobody knew! I felt like I was in the twilight zone trapped in a cornfield somewhere.
