      ... miles through NC, TN, VA, WV, PA - 5 states of autumn splendor. And, it was a perfect 60 degree and sunny day.       ... even a tower which we could climb for views over the hills and valleys. Unfortunately the cloud limited the visibility a little but we could still see to the mountains. There was a lovely picnic area just right for our lunch.

      After lunch, it was back on the small "highways" to get on the bigger roads heading for Pittsburgh.
