It was a pleasure to be in Hoskins, near Wayne, for the Wayne County Republican Party's Lincoln-Reagan Forum.
They had the Hoskins Community Center all decorated up, and it looked great. The dinner was good, too!

After the candidate forum, I visited the Heritage Nursing Home and received another warm welcome. Shook a lot of hands, received a lot of encouragement, and definitely want to come back for a second helping from Nebraska's treasured senior citizens in Norfolk!
Stopped in Wayne to attend the Wayne Chamber of Commerce coffee and talk shop politically with some fine business and community leaders there.
They have come a long, long way from that devastating tornado last fall.
Three cheers for the can-do spirit in Wayne as it revitalizes itself after that disaster and proves that, with community involvement, no disaster can keep a good community down for long.

Visited West Point with my dad, Roy Dinsdale. Stopped in to visit several business leaders. Was impressed with some charts that Harry Knobbe has put together to measure the correlation between feeding cattle and key factors in our economy.
