We sat quietly and patiently at the blind but it wasn't long before we heard the rustling of feathers, poor Laurie could hear and see the birds but it would be another hour before he could get a photo. ... it was hind end first. Whew! My credibility was upheld!

Enjoyed dropping in to the gun show associated with Bull Bash. Met a bright young couple who moved here from a faraway state for teaching jobs and because they wanted that unique and wonderful rural lifestyle. So inspired to meet people like that, who are living purposefully and making such good choices!

After a full day, we headed out of town after another highly successful Bull Bash event.

Finally, we relaxed in our room at the Niobrara Lodge, and rested up for a big day tomorrow at the Bull Bash!

Chicago’s Loop is a heap of rusted metal that looks as though it has been screwed together by a talented four-year old and not been painted since. The combination of decay, functionality and sheer cookiness of Chicago’s Loop is a marvel. Chicago also put on a Marathon for the benefit of the Mr Henry Institute and in return Mrs Henry and I assisted the local Nike outlet (Nike World, or ...

... was quite interesting and knowledgeable. Behind his desk was a photo of him atop some high peak I took for the Himalayan Mts.. I was close, he was in Nepal with the Peace Corp, probably late 70's early 80's. He said that he had to find a way to leave Vale at that time and used the governments dime then and has ever since. Smart Fellow, take note all of you recent Grads!
