We are in bed, leaving at 2:30 AM!! Flying from Fort Myers to Newark, then on to Duesseldorf on Lufthansa. Packing was a nightmare given that the weather will be all over the place. ... going on but we had all you can eat seafood which was delicious! When then went on to a wildlife park special for its Manatees. It's was really cool and interesting. We got to see hippo, manatees, alligators and lots of cool birds! We arrived in Clearwater and today we went to Busch Gardens which was really cool. I was on my way to Starbucks when I passed by my old high school. It was late in the evening and thought I'd go in just to take a look around. The doors were locked but the librarian let me in. I asked about a few teachers. Most if not all had retired. Walking the halls brought back a lot of memories and made me think. How long did Mr. Moss actually teach?? Where did the carpet go? Di & I decided we needed another ride ;) so we set off for Gators at St Johns Pass (about 40 miles away) this was a nice ride as we took the scenic route down Gulf Bvld. At Gators we sat out on the patio over looking the water where Di had Prime Rib and I had their big Fish sandwich - both were very good. After listening to the band for a while we were tiring so decided to ride back and get some sleep.
