Wednesday, April 29, 2015 PCT day 10 Awakening on Fuller Ridge at 6900 feet elevation on mile 193 by 6am to a beautiful sunrise and Mt. San Jacinto in full splendor high above, I began hiking by 7:30 am. The goal for today was to reach mile 210, where the PCT crosses I-10 near Cabazon, CA at an elevation of 1200 ft, where my dad was to pick me up to take me the grandma's for my first rest/zero day tomorrow. ... and had ourselves a feast. Everyday, i keep meeting more and more hikers. A bunch of us got a ride into Idyllwild from a trail angel. Dirty, stinky, hiker vagabonds, on a mission to walk to Canada. I hope Jay's Achilles ...

... players are people and can be upset when their friends are traded. We know Mike Matheney talks about the team being a family. But, it is not a family. You don't dump grandpa because he is not producing. You don't send your kids away when they aren't producing. They get paid 100 times more than school teachers to win games. If they don't win, change is going to happen. After this disappointing season, how can a major trade be a surprise? This team ...

It's not everyday you wake up to a rooster’s crowing. But someone around here must have a rooster, and he’s a vocal one. It’s not too loud or too annoying at all. But it is a novelty for us.

Today would be a day just to relax. We would take full advantage of a quiet home and a private pool. Laundry was almost finished, so even Mom could relax!

Mark initiated the outdoor shower and insisted that everyone give it a try. So ...
