Not much happened on this day. We had a few hours to drive to Lake Charles in order to take a boat tour into the Louisiana bayou. ... the nearest casino. The buffet ended up being the best deal and was a good choice. I'm still in the Vegan mode but found plenty of good food choices. We played some poker machines but ended up even, at the end of the day.
I'm including some pictures of homes on North Lakeshore Drive. We took a short drive in this area, which is way cool.
Made the drive up to and through Houston and thought all was good, crossing into Louisiana. Wrong. We stopped at the LA travel center, the first off ramp in La, and I spotted a flat on the right rear of RV, After clearing things up with AAA, that I did have RV coverage, 2 hours later the spare was on.
