      ... 15 minutes late too!! From chatting with the train assistants on our first train, we discovered that the railway lines are owned by the rail freight companies and they control the traffic. Turns out the train we were on was 9 hours late arriving in Boston. It should have arrived at 9pm Sunday evening and arrived at 6 am Monday. I pity those who were sitting up all night.       Six and 1/2 hour drive...not too bad. we stayed on the American side which is a state park. Lots of walking but we hopped a trolley cuz we got totally lost. Beautiful grounds but lots of construction going on. We were able to get real close to the falls from this side. Canadian side is more manicured and has lots of shops and restaurants. There were fireworks right outside our bedroom window that looked like they were coming right at us. ...
