Something about being out with my cousins takes me back to simpler times. - The Calgary Stampede was incredible! Cows, pigs horses and FOOD!! We even got to see a short Cirque show. We ended up at Aunt Ad's for a lovely meal and some much needed rest. It's 04:30 and someone has let crickets in this suite - really?! Ohhh ... Argh - it's the alarm. Time to get to Calgary International airport to fly Air Canada to Toronto. The CR-V is stored at Park2Go and I'm ready to board by 06:30. I was able to connect with another tour member (Jen) in the departures lounge which was great. ... about Dora not speaking directly to her, 2 temper tantrums…we figured that things were likely just normal. We're still watching her, but thankfully I don't think we have too much to worry about now.

... took the wrong turn which was unfortunate but we managed to find our way back onto the number 1 highway heading East. The driving conditions were terrible and at times we could hardly see a meter in front of us. It was a bit nerve racking and by Strathmore which was only 50km from Calgary we decided it was stupid to try and go any further because the next town wasn't for another 200 km or more so we stopped and had a drink at Tim Hortons while we decided what we should do.
