      ... city. It seems really nice. The people look mostly all normal so that's a good sign! After a lot of rush hour traffic and stops, I finally arrived here at my B&B! It's a great little place. My room is nice too! By the time I arrived it was dinner time so went down a couple of blocks to where the shops are and ate at a place called NE Bulldog. They had vego options so I had a pizza and a salad and two drinks! Yeah, I was hungry and thirsty! Staff were mostly nice... Some ...

      ... fruit and veggies, and food vendors. We wish we could have taken some of the fresh produce home with us. After breakfast we drove to the capital of Minnesota and walked through St Paul's Cathedral. A beautiful Catholic Cathedral that was started in 1906. From the hill that the Cathedral is on you get a great view of St Paul and the state capital. We drove around the capital building and then headed across the Mississippi River to Minneapolis. ...

      ... that goes along with being in a seat in an inclosed space that isn't given by a roller coaster. There is no clanking from wheels on metal and old wood creaking as the roller coaster makes it assent. No. An airplane just starts slowly rising and suddenly you feel yourself being lifted, and then you are above building and clouds and you are in the sky... It is really quite something.
      The flight lasted for maybe an hour and a half, and was really a great start to my trip.

      ... which means I look at processes and ways to improve them. My first project has involved a cleaning process that they have to do every 2 hours and takes 15 minutes. I have reduce the time it takes them to do this. It may not seem like much, but all those minutes add up into a lot of time where they could be producing product.
