      ... and steamed potatoes (no butter or sour cream). Felt more like a proper meal. if any food is left on your plate, you are offered a box to take it away. i stripped the meat off the bones when we got back to the motel - lunch for tomorrow.

      Finding bread rolls has been a bit tricky. We have had wraps for the last 2 days as an alternative.

      Went to the Soo Locks which is quite a tourist strip. Quite a few people there but not out on the streets in the rain. Watched the water rising in the lock and ships getting ready to enter and one leaving from another lock. The rail bridge over to Canada has two spans which open to let the ships through.
