... in the afternoon so we had several small stops. he finally found a passable coffee at a Kwik Trip. The waitress said they had a new machine which gave coffee like Starbucks. Wes was a little sceptical about how good it would be but was pleasantly surprised.Coffee is cheap.We paid $3.36 for a coffee and an ice-cream for me.

Well after 2 1/2 years of detailed planning it looks like the day has arrived for us to finally hit the road and catch our flight from Chicago over to Turkey and down to Tanzania. Thursday, April 10:
Explore historic Villa de Levya. This town has less than 8k people and has a huge cobblestone plaza in its center. I will probably do some hiking to some nearby lakes and let the chillness of the town try to rub off on me. Will try almojabanas (bun with cheese and egg).
