Spent the day with the realtor in Venice. We now know this drive of an hour down and an hour back, by heart. Saw 6 properties, 3 of which would be great EXCEPT... The little gray house in our realtor's neighborhood. Beautifully redone inside, could be bought with the furniture, has a pool, you can walk/bike to the beach BUT the price is close to $300,000 and the neighborhood is very mixed. ... off to find a Michael's for some supplies to craft with all these shells. So far I've covered a wooden letter C with shells, made a picture frame for all 4 kids and built a tree with shells. Stan’s also holds the yearly Mullet Festival, a three day festival that draws over 5,000 people who come to gobble down fried & smoked mullet and crown the Buzzard Lope Queen. We shared a cheeseburger (I am a bit fished out, so yes we ordered beef at a fish place) and some clam chowder. Kaitlyn finally got her Pina Colada and ...
