... Ignition - a clothing store owned by Tiffany that I had heard all about so was excited to visit! Mary was working when we got there...it's a real cute store that I could have bought so much in! Their daughter, Tiffany and her husband, James were on vacation so his parents were staying at their house and looking after their 3 kids. We headed over to meet them and the kids which was only a few minutes drive away.
After a lazy start we went to brunch at "Eggs n Things" near Gino's house and Will got (another) haircut. ... has been quite an experience. Of course it's not for the faint hearted either. Now I know how our poor country folk feel when they drive into Auckland. Everything is whizzing by at 100 mile an hour ... which in the case of this place, is actually how fast they drive!! ... Redondo Beach, spotted dolphins in the bay as we walked to the pier for lunch. Fascinating watching the pelicans skimming over the water. Mark's family, Alex and Ashley joined us for a wonderful meal at a Japanese Tepanyaki restaurant that evening. Its a real delight watching the chefs prepare the food at the table.
