Although my goal is to travel without deadlines, I needed to make tracks across Nebraska and Wyoming to have dinner with my brother Richard. It was so cool that I didn't use air conditioning until halfway across WY. The wind, on the other hand, was a force to be dealt with. Notable: * 2 Sheriff's vehicles and 7 State Highway Patrol cars on side of road in NE...lights flashing, all ...

Lauralee is happy as there is a Starbucks across the street for morning coffee. Tomorrow we head to Jackson and Jackson ...

It was VERY quiet and equally as quaint and featured some beautiful memorials to a number of wars. The ice cream parlor we snacked at ROCKED!! We found a cell phone on our stroll through town and called "Dad" listed in the contacts. We arranged to ...

We left Wendover at the Nevada border and Colleen drove the requisite 100 miles to breakfast. The drive took us through the Bonneville Salt Flats to just west of Salt Lake City. Colleen is still not totally comfortable driving, so this was the perfect time for her to practice. The road was flat, straight and there was no ...
