Day 10 - Mainly Trains!

... I was silly to think they might be! Anyway after that tasty lunch we headed to the train station a little early just so we didn't have to lug our bags round too much. We caught the train, marvelled at the lovely 'fall' colours outside the window yet again and then settled down to watch transformers 4 (scenes from Chicago!) with a dinner of popcorn and sweets with wine and cocktails. We should be arriving in Omaha in the next 30 mins we hope! ...

... stay in touch! Loveee && Miss you all already and thank you for the best summer I could have ever asked for! I have met some great people and have gotten closer with others these past couple of months and I wouldn't trade it for the world! So Y'allll better be ready for me when I'm back in December :))))! ... for the 3 days, while we were there conserving our water & holding tanks, plus using their showers which weren't too bad but...certainly not as nice as our own! This is the price of securing a site online in Iowa State Parks.
Anyways, it was a beautiful park with great hiking trails around the lake,which was pretty from a distance but...green & yucky up close. Absolutely won't be swimming in that water!!

Last night I heard the Glenn Miller orchestra and this afternoon another concert. in between I toured the Glenn Miller museum and walked around town.
