We woke up this morning and decided to take it pretty leisurely as our train left at 2pm and we had done pretty much all we wanted to do in Chicago (plus we had our massive bags which we didn't want to lug around too much!) We called families back home as it was a more respectable time than when we normally have a spare few minutes (our evening which is midnight onwards for you guys!). ... never heard of a campground where you can stay so late in the day! We were lucky to find an empty campsite to pull in and wait for 3 hours!! Not only that but there were 3 vacant full hookup sites just across from our site but the Park Ranger told us that we couldn't move into one of those, unless we paid for that site in addition to the site we reserved & paid for online!!
UGH!!! We had to watch those sites ...
