... hike to get there was difficult and since she broke her wrist several years ago, she is always afraid of falling. She overcame her fears and made it the whole way.

The best nights sleep in a long time, didn't wake until 9am.....WOW I couldn't believe the clock....So first think I worked on the blogs for yesterday if though I knew I have no Internet to send, but wanted it to be ready.....Then I decided to go to the store to get fruits for my morning protein drinks....So I headed to Haysi about 11 miles away and found a grocery store, picked up everything I needed. He works at the coal mines just 5 minutes from the park and has 6 kids lives in Haysi about 30 minutes away but they like to camp in the summer and stay at the site as he travels to and from work.
