... the mountains! Liam pointed out every river to us along the way; little did he know it was the same river the whole time. He was so cute saying, "I see a river guys!" Art had to stop every 5-10 minutes to take pictures of the rivers, the white water rafters, and the beautiful scenery- it really was a sight to see. One would think the pictures could do it justice, but they just didn't cut it.

... door and got some lunch as we watched the baby elk some more. When we were finished, we started the drive back down the other side. At the bottom, we saw two moose walking around and eating. Moose are such awesome animals. Right after leaving the park, we drove past large, beautiful blue lakes. It was a wonderful final view of Colorado.

We had a wonderful trip, and enjoyed our time each day!

... so couldn’t come. We had a nice meal there then followed her back up the hill to her place (8270ft high). We were glad we had someone to follow as it was quite difficult to find. It was an edge of town subdivision with lovely homes and great views. Our bedroom looked right out over the mountains. The balcony had a hummingbird feeder with a lot of humming birds drinking the sweet liquid. The week before Lucy had looked out her window at 6am and there was a bear ...
