... of being considered Glampers:) We are only doing an overnight but, should allow us to figure out what all of these buttons are for and what we may have forgotten when provisioning this beast. We will be pros by the time we go floating with our friends at the end of June. We will be hosting five others, pack lightly folks! We stayed in a little town called O'Fallon last night and woke up to a clear day. Started off at 40 F but got colder as we drove. The further we drove the more snow we encountered but roads were good.leaving Illinois we touched in Missouri, Kentucky,Tennessee and into Georgia....not a lot to see on the freeways but trees,trees and more trees. ... from IA and went on my way. The sun rise over the river was once again stunning. There was no one around so I stopped on the highway and grabbed a picture to share with you all. I love seeing the sun rise every morning. Anyone who knows me knows that I am not a morning person and haven't seen many sun rises in my life.

... Just too classic! The prediction for rain yesterday came true today. We ride on the freeway for a few miles after visiting the local McDonalds along with all the local farmers that gather for early morning coffee. We see the wild looking clouds approaching as we take the only exit available. We go south, hoping to find an eastbound county road that may connect with highway 160. Unlucky.
