    ... tops of our gi's. That was a lot cooler to train. It was a fun class with moves that were initiated from kakie, quite a few were takedowns with different partners. That class was 1 1/2 hours, back to the hotel to shower and 1/2 hour to relax and then we drove to Mississauga for a Chinese banquet with the Calgary group and Shinya from Okinawa and Ciara from Ireland/UK.     ... Still had plenty of time to find gate and short wait for flight to Buffalo. Second flight was interesting. My seat was second row behind first class - they were offered bananas and large bags of chips for the 1 1/2 hour flight. Those people kept that steward hopping.     Left the house around 10 am, dropped Bernie and Nimal at the Square One Factory Outlet and Went to the Trillion Hospital in Mississuaga to see DR who had a heart attack two days ago. He is out of danger now and will be getting a stent done tomorrow.. From the hospital we drove back to the Square One factory outlet where we met Bernie and Nimal.
