    Once again we took the 10.40 am bus to the city. Visited the famous CN Tower which is the National Icon and Engineering marvel of Toronto. The Tower has six glass-faced high-speed elevators which travel at 22km/hr and takes only 58 seconds to reach 346 metres. We also ventured to the highest observation platform - SkyPod which is an additional 33 stories higher and has a unique and spectacular view - 360 degrees looking down over Toronto, Lake Ontario and ...

    We arrived, with absolutely no delay in traffic, at the airport at 3:00. By the time we had gotten the luggage out of the trunk and hugged MK (with only a few requisite reminders) it was 3:05. We were through check in and security and at our gate by 3:20. That was scarily too easy. Obviously this trip is doomed.
