    ... the way out of Palouse, there were some very beautiful rolling fields. Hard to stop and find the position to take photos though :-(

    We got to Steptoe Butte around 8. There were a few photography groups staged out at different spots waiting for sunset. We went to the top, then came down to the tier below.     ... bigger than anywhere else, it is just that the rest of it is so empty, the sky looks huge! But it is beautiful. We found a motel in Missoula, checked in and then went to get some dinner. Subway, tonight. They had a deal on, Footlong for $6. By now we had gotten used to the fact that the price isn’t what they say it is, because you have to add tax. But low and behold. Montana does not have sales tax, same as Oregon!

    Lisa has done very well ...
