... our 5 hour flight to San Francisco. We saw a gorgeous sunset from the plane and the city lighted up as we landed. We had a short layover, enough time to spend $40 on a ****** airport dinner and then jumped on a plane home. We arrived at 5am and were home by 7am. I don't remember much of it to be honest. Wake up early for a day at Universal Studios and enjoy the rest of the night relaxing in the hotel.

... 17th century house, perched next to a babbling river. Opportunities abound - hiking (Roman ruins, anyone?), museums (Toulouse, Goya), vintage French ephemera from the local book market, the Toulouse Lautrec museum, bicycle rides, and food prepared by our in house chef - who also happens to be a Yoga instructor and body worker.

... when they died. I drove from Taliessin towards Milwaukee to the Unitarian style Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center designed by FLW, but built by developers - so a little ruined. It was here i was conned into an extortionate amount for 'free parking' - on the wrong day. The building has amazing views over the Lake Monona.
