    ... had got longer. Pam was definitely frailer but she got about on her zimmer well enough. Their maisonette had recently been flooded by a nearby burst water mains so it was somewhat chaotic - and very warm. Municipal recycling had also meant food scraps were now emptied into small containers which attracted fruit flies - and they were everywhere.
