I returned to the room to read and rest some more . . . and, in fact, I fell asleep!! We hit the road about 10:30 am . . . but the first stop was not to get on the highway . . . but to go to the Tim ...

Last night in Monroeville, another cyclist came into town to stay at the shelter. It's so large that they have accommodated over 25 cyclists at one time. It's been so long since I've talked to someone else doing a journey. His name is Patrick. He's very thin, has a bushy strawberry blonde beard, and a Bianchi bike that weighs about 100lbs. It's nice riding ...
