      ... premises. Paul supplies the bait which is soaked maize and seems to work just as well as anything else.












      Paul also has a boat and takes you to swims that are on the small islands in the St. Lawrence and gives you the low-down on where to fish and how deep it is etc.

      Our first trip out: After loading up the trailer with everything we thought we might need (and a bunch we didn't need) we booked into a campground on the LongSault Parkway called Woodlands. A provincial campground so water/power but no sewer. Drive down went without a problem, rig towed great, nothing like bringing it home.       ... middle of the road.

      Veteran's Memorial Park was our third stop of the day. The park featured a memorial plaque honoring members of the armed services from World War I and II as well as the Vietnam and Korean Wars. Within the park a river ran freely behind a white gazebo with beautiful geraniums lining the walkway. Katie had an attractive purple top on display completing the shot.

      ... so we left almost immediately. As soon as we got to Ontario, the cost of fuel dropped to .92/liter and the sun was shining brightly. Aaahhh!

      ... a tunnel of trees over gently undulating hills. Then, in the middle of nowhere, there will be a completely circular tower (resembling a light house) built higher than the surrounding trees. They are built from stone and have a sentry viewing tower. Dunno what???

      There are more farms in Vermont than New Hampshire but they’re small and irregular shape due to the outcroppings of shale and limestone rock.
