... to have come down with the flu, so we are hoping that he will be able to make it out in a few days. But flu symptoms and flying for 27 hours were not a combination he really wanted to try, so he is staying home for the day. Hopefully it's a short lived bug and he is able to join us shortly! Greg, Cari, Paul and Jan should be in Australia by this time. Today it is Mom, George and myself making the trek! Wish us luck!

I realized earlier this week that Chef Gordon Ramsay has restaurants in London. I immediately looked at locations and reviews for all of them and let Megan know we have to try one while we're in town. Based on his high level of standards I am expecting an amazing meal!
