... to turn the TV off and go to sleep. It was well after midnight when I did finally sleep. In the morning, more of the story came out. The other TV stations were playing catch-up with their morning news casts. Ten was the only channel that had an evening news so theirs was an exclusive coverage. Later in the day, when with the walking girls, it was such a surreal feeling to be out in the bush away from all that.

Today was very very wet. It didn't start raining until I crossed the state line into West Virginia which was about 40 miles into my ride. How did we end up on some of these roads?
Four wheel drive only and that would need to be a truck with very high clearance. We have explicitly decided to follow the Google directions I printed before leaving Utah.
