Lined up and down the streets near the Hall of Fame were rows of bars/restaurants with live Country music, and people were having a blast, even at 3:00 in the afternoon. Emily and Calie had a date at the Louisville Mega Cavern's for a two hour underground aerial ropes challenge course...The world's only fully underground zip lines and ropes course...both in great shape, but did feel challenged and finished with very sore upper arms...I stayed on ground level sipping my hot coffee in the cool caverns and took pictures...
It was late for ...
... zip-line system. It was sick to be flying down this zip-line at high speeds and hear things like water springs in the background and see nothing but caverns all around you. It was a great last stop in Kentucky before we started our 9 hour drive to DC. We are reaching the tail end of the trip and yet when we keep talking about it, we realize that this trip has been more then we could have ever dreamed of. But we aren't done yet, DC is up next.
