We are leaving tomorrow for our great adventure west on the Lewis & Clark Trail. We're not sure how long we will be gone, planning for 3 months. It's our first trip without a deadline, so meandering is the way we're going. We have a general plan in mind, but are free to take side trips if we want. Our "tiny house" on wheels will provide for "real" togetherness. Hopefully, it won't prove to be too much togetherness. I don't want ...
... and left. I tried not to run in my vacation too much. One guy asked me what I was going to bring him from Peru. I told him I'd get him a llama. He got excited until someone told him I was joking. We chatted a couple of hrs or so, then off towards the Windy City ...
... we stopped at Macca's for coffee and WiFi, to find a hotel for the night. Our limit is roughly $70, $60 is better as that's an even 20 each. We could go cheaper but no-one really wants to after Lincoln.
We find a La Quinta at an outer suburb of St Louis and book online, then head out there. I have mailed work asking for a copy of my license and am hopeful that tomorrow we can get me on as a driver.
