... of USA wrote to him with advice - she said if you wear little bells on your clothing as you are walking, this will alert any bears to your presence, and secondly, she said that if you look out for any bear dung in the trails you will know that the bears are in your vicinity. We then headed over to the Ryman Auditorium to take a tour, and to see their Johnny and June exhibit, but unfortunately it was closing early due to a performance that evening. I was heartbroken! We vowed there and then that we would return to Nashville and take the tour someday. As if I needed another reason to go back. I was already planning our next trip there!

... to find a souvenir spoon in one of those tacky stores. They also had a little statue of the Parthenon. So, we decided to go see if it was visible at night which, as the pictures show, it certainly was. Our only really big disappointment is that we can't stay in the morning to see the giant Athena which is housed (as it should be) in the Parthenon building.
