Had an interesting trip to Gettysburg. After scoping out the local campground we made our way into the town center to see where things were located. We parked on the street next to a shop called Subterranean Soul. Its a shop selling various clothing, vinyl records, and various trinkets.

Then on day three we drove to culps hill on the north where the rebels were unable to take the union position and supplies, to Little Round Top on the south where the rebels were beaten back again thus securing high ground and the flanks and assuring interior lines for the union. The culmination of the battle was Lee's decision to attack the middle of the union lines [he ...

Alright, so this post is essentially pointless. I am currently watching the Orioles beat the Yankees in my house. But the only way to see if this blog works is to try it, so here I am. Anyways, I have about 3 weeks 'til I depart for China. I'll be landing in Shanghai on August 25th, where I will be until Sept. 1st. After that, I get shipped out to Hechuan, Chongqing. That's where I'll be until July of 2013, one year closer to leaving my parents' ...
