As Zoe says, we will be taking a little plane, a medium plane, and then a BIG plane on our way to Manchester, England. The girls are super excited. We've outlined what we'll be doing & seeing in London in a fortnight. Friends we need to see have been contacted and plans are coming ...

... short bus to the small, colonial city of Villa de Leyva, where I will stay for two nights at a cute hostal, my own room.

      Thursday, April 10:
Explore historic Villa de Levya. This town has less than 8k people and has a huge cobblestone plaza in its center. I will probably do some hiking to some nearby lakes and let the chillness of the town try to rub off on me. Will try almojabanas (bun with cheese and egg).

      ... t live there anymore!

I am looking forward to visiting my very favorite places (Drayton Hall and the Charleston Tea Plantation), seeing some new places (Boone Hall and some historic homes in the city), sitting on the beach, and enjoying the wonderful Southern hospitality and food! Who knows, I may just miss that flight back;)
