Rock Ridge. Near the top, there was a
break in the trees and we could see across the gorge. Far in the distance, we could see that lone
tree that we passed several hours earlier.
After this point, the trail is all downhill back to the parking
lot. On our way home, we stopped at

... halt. I sat there in shock as the manager cleared
the door- livid… and spouting epithets which gently translated to, “Get out of
here and don’t come back again!” We did,
hurriedly… but ever since I am VERY aware of overhead clearances.
Well, the campground is beginning to fill. Think I’ll get a cup of coffee and see if
anyone might need some help setting up….

Watched the movie, "I Am Gabriel", last night. It has a great message of hope and faith! How God can bring revival to a depressed and hopeless town using a young boy... or is he?
Tonight? Early to bed.

Okay… some of you know I am a bit obsessed with old cars. A bonus of this spot is an antique car museum right across the road… so of course I had to spend an hour there Saturday afternoon. ... asked the guy if his story had been in the newspaper because Armando remembered reading something like that a few months ago. He said yes, there was a big story in January. The painting I bought is little bit bigger than a postcard. It's all acrylic and has some metalic paint that shimmers in the light. The picture is a lot prettier than it looks in this photo.
