... I've heard of another Nebraska Republican who has served in politics for as long as Marv has. He has now put in SIXTY years as a GOP volunteer. Isn't that incredible? He started off with the late Sen. Carl Curtis in 1954 and has served a number of Republican leaders since then. Isn't it great to know about someone who has stayed that active and engaged into his 90s?
Hats off to you, Marv, and know that I deeply appreciate your support and friendship!

It is so inspiring to know someone like that, so intent on uplifting solid conservative principles that made this country great, and pressing forward with the energy and effort that it takes to be involved in a political campaign . . . while in his 90s!

Some people are hosting phone bank nights at our campaign office and arranging for their "14's" to come in shifts. One is hosting a "stuffing party" for a big mailing that's coming up.

Hope I was encouraging when I told them that being easy to get along with, and inquisitive, are two of the most important traits that business leaders look for when hiring and promoting employees.
That doesn't mean you can slack off in your studies . . . but I hope I got across to them that it is your character that counts every bit as much as your smarts.
