After leaving Susan, I continued to battle my way down Highway 405/5 and decided, discretion being the better part of valour, to put up in a hotel in Federal Way in hopes the weather would begin clearing soon.

With only 500,000 people it's so comfortable here. Relaxed, down to earth people, who are embracing village culture, organic and healthy foods, plus they are obsessed with Coffee. Which means I don't have to do Starbucks.
With such great weather, Mt. Rainer has been out for the last 4 days. Spectacular.
