... STUMPHOUSE TUNNEL, ISSAQUEENA FALLS AND CHAU RAM FALLS.. These places were AWESOME!!!! We got quite a bit of walking in on the trails. Some of it was pretty steep. Tried a little striper fishing from the dock but no luck. Campground is really hilly and mountainy which is neat.

Supposedly are upgrading the campground. We will see how it goes. Is ok for short stays only at this time.

We continued down 100/41 to the beautiful town of White Springs. We stopped at a wayside park on the historic and scenic Suwanee River.

We cruised on through Georgia and made it to Anderson in time for dinner. Thanks to Steve we had an amazing lasagna dinner.

Tomorrow we start our journey.

Walked to a recommended restaurant for lunch and our major meal of the day, Au Roi du Cafe, listed in Authentic Bistros of Paris. Beautiful restaurant with ...

Detroit Tigers' Ty Cobb remembered in Georgia!

... before and after baseball. He founded the hospital (which bears his name) there, and his foundation continues to provide college scholarships to students from the area.
It's a small space, but the museum is very well done - and Ty Cobb was such an interesting and talented man that there was lots to be learned!
